BC Win is an innovative employment program that assists BC employers to recruit their workforce needs while connecting people with disabilities to employment opportunities.

Connecting Employers to Inclusive Talent
Since 2013, BC WiN has been recruiting for employers who are passionate about inclusive hiring and want to lead by example. BC WiN was established to help employers in achieving their diversity and inclusion objectives. It is currently funded by the Government of Canada’s Opportunities Fund for Persons with Disabilities.
- Recruitment & Retention Services: BC WiN is comprised of HR Professionals which focus on capabilities related to the job. They connect those with disabilities to well-paying, long-term careers both Full-time and Part-time including hybrid or remote work opportunities.
- Inclusive Employment Best Practices: BC WiN researchers, identifies, and shares inclusive best practices for employers by Following the Accessible Canada Act and by promoting the Four Pillars of Accessibility: Commitment, Readiness, Recruitment and Retention.
The Social Research and Demonstration Corporation (SRDC) is a non-profit research organization established in 1991. SRDC's mission is to help policy-makers and practitioners identify policies and programs that improve the well-being of all Canadians, with a special concern for the effects on the disadvantaged, and to raise the standards of evidence that are used in assessing these policies.
