Employment Works delivers individualized, outcome-focused employment services designed to support job attainment and retention. Participants receive one-on-one coaching, employment planning, job search support, and skill development.

Over a 12-month period, participants work collaboratively with staff to develop a structured plan that prioritizes workforce participation and employment readiness.
Participants will:
- Receive individualized support through regular 1:1 meetings with staff, offering guidance, coaching, and employment-focused support.
- Develop an Individualized Employment Action Plan that outlines clear, actionable steps toward employment.
- Engage in active job search activities, such as exploring opportunities, preparing applications, connecting with employers, and more.
- Participate in supplementary learning opportunities, including targeted training, eLearning modules, and skill-building activities to enhance employment readiness.
- Gain hands-on experience through workplace exposure, including job sampling opportunities and funded work experience placements (up to 360 hours).
- Receive continued support after employment begins, including assistance requesting workplace accommodations, access to coaching, and assistance accessing mental health resources.
