12-Year-Old Gives Back with Garage Sale for PAFN

At just 12 years old, Caylan already knows the joy of giving back.

This Saturday, he’s hosting his annual garage sale. While it’s a great chance to pass along toys he’s outgrown, it’s also his way of supporting a cause close to his heart: helping other kids with autism.

“He wanted to figure out a way to give back to professionals who support kids and families with ASD and also wants to bring some happiness to other kids and families by sharing the toys he really enjoyed with them,” said Caylan’s mom, Kelly.

This year, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Pacific Autism Family Network (PAFN). The rest will go toward Autism Community Training (ACT) and Caylan’s education fund.

Caylan and his family are inviting the community to stop by, shop, and show their support. Expect a great selection of children’s books, toys, and indoor/outdoor games.
